Each year, we invite parents to assist with some of the special activities associated with the gr. 6 end-of-year activities. Some of these tasks include: fund-raising (e.g. "freezie" and popcorn sales) to subsidize the end-of-year trip and other costs, decorating for the Leaving Reception, coordinating refreshments for the reception, organizing a gr. 6 yearbook, etc.

All gr. 6 parents who wish to help in some way with these activities, are invited to a planning meeting at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday March 1, in the Learning Commons (library) at St. Mary.  This will be a short (approx. 30 mins.) meeting. If you cannot attend, but are interested in helping with these activities, please call or email the school so that we can add your name to our list of gr. 6 parent volunteers.
